Calling all poets: library offering free group session

The Verse Poetry event welcomes all for workshops and more

Looking to get some feedback on your poetry? Stop by the Cinnaminson Public Library on Nov. 2 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. for a free group poetry session.

In Verse Poetry is a free group open to the general public where poets can gather together and encourage one another with constructive criticism and different perspectives. This set up is similar to an open mic, where our guests are able to come up and share if they like, or just listen and write if they prefer.

This program will also include workshops; so don’t forget your creativity. The point of this meeting is to give our poets and storytellers an outlet, audience feedback, and constructive criticism for their writing. If you find yourself in need of a community in which you can grow as a poet and a person, please don’t hesitate to stop by and join the libraries program!

Registration is requested, and can be done at http://www.bcls.lib.nj.us/calendar/verse-poetry-13.

One clap, two clap, three clap, forty?

By clapping more or less, you can signal to us which stories really stand out.
